  • NetWorker-serverimplementeringen er konfigureret på RHEL/CentOS 7.x- eller 8.x Linux-servere ved hjælp af High Availability-klynger. 
  • authc_config - og authc_mgmt-kommandoer returnerer en fejl i certifikatstien:

Cause

Inden NetWorker-servere føjes til klyngen ved hjælp af /usr/sbin/networker.cluster, konfigureres de som separate servere. /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh køres efter installation og genererer entydige certifikater pr. node. De certifikater, der anvendes i den delte placering, svarer til den node, som var den aktive node, hvor den klyngede nws-ressource oprindeligt blev startet på. 
 

/nsr-mappen er symbolisk knyttet til /nsr_share/nsr-mappen, som flyttes mellem noder, afhængigt af hvilken node der er den aktuelle aktive node. /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore er lokalt for hver node og deles ikke, når der sker en failover. Efter en node-failover, stemmer /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore emcauthc-certifikatsignaturer overens med /opt/nsr.. certifikater på den oprindelige node, men ikke den aktuelle aktive node. 

Resolution

Løsning:

Dette problem er blevet løst i følgende NetWorker-versioner:
  • 19.8.0.4
  • 19.9.0.2
Opgrader til en af de anførte NetWorker-versioner (eller nyere). NetWorker-pakker kan downloades fra: https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/networker/drivers
 
BEMÆRK: Når NetWorker er blevet opgraderet, og den klyngede nws-ressource er blevet startet, skal du køre /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh igen på den node, hvor certifikatuoverensstemmelsen blev observeret. Dette korrigerer uoverensstemmelsen.

1. Gør noden, hvor certifikaterne svarer til den aktive node på pc'er. Eksempler på, hvordan dette bestemmes, vises i feltet Symptomer
2. Log på den passive node (hvor certifikater ikke stemmer overens). 
3. Brug nsrssltrust-kommandoen til at oprette en certifikatfil for den virtuelle klyngeressource: 

nsrssltrust -u https:// cluster-hostname:9090 -c certificate_file.cer

1. Kommandoerne for authc_mgmt eller authc_config bør nu fungere på den node, de tidligere fejlede:
