NetWorker: 클러스터링된 RHEL 서버의 authc 명령이 "요청된 타겟에 대한 유효한 인증 경로를 찾을 수 없음"을 보고합니다.

Symptoms

  • NetWorker 서버 구축은 고가용성 클러스터링을 사용하여 RHEL/CentOS 7.x 또는 8.x Linux 서버에 구성됩니다. 
  • authc_configauthc_mgmt 명령은 인증서 경로 오류를 반환합니다.

참고: 노드가 활성 상태인 경우/nsr이 공유 경로에 심볼로 연결된 경우(예: /nsr_share/nsr). 위 출력에서 /nsr_share 및 /nsr 출력을 비교할 때 인증서가 일치하는 이유입니다. 이 경로는 노드 간에 공유됩니다. 그러나 /opt/nsr 및 /opt/nre(Java) 경로는 각 물리적 노드에 로컬입니다. "공유" 인증서와 "로컬" 인증서 간의 인증서 서명이 일치하지 않습니다.

Cause

NetWorker 서버가 /usr/sbin/networker.cluster를 사용하여 클러스터에 추가되기 전에 독립 실행형 서버로 구성됩니다. /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh는 설치 후 실행되어 노드당 고유한 인증서를 생성합니다. 공유 위치에 사용되는 인증서는 클러스터링된 nws 리소스가 처음 시작된 활성 노드인 노드와 일치합니다. 
 

/nsr 디렉토리는 현재 활성 노드인 노드에 따라 노드 간에 이동하는 /nsr_share/nsr 디렉토리에 심볼로 연결됩니다. /opt/nsr/authc-server/conf/authc.truststore는 각 노드에 로컬이며 페일오버가 발생할 때 공유되지 않습니다. 노드 페일오버 후 /nsr/authc/conf/authc.keystore emcauthc 인증서 서명이 /opt/nsr과 일치합니다. 는 현재 활성 노드가 아닌 초기 노드의 인증서입니다.

해결 방법:

이 문제는 다음 NetWorker 버전에서 해결되었습니다.

  • 19.9.0.2

참고: NetWorker가 업그레이드되고 클러스터링된 nws 리소스가 생성된 후 인증서 불일치가 관찰된 노드에서 /opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh 를 다시 실행해야 합니다. 이렇게 하면 불일치가 수정됩니다.

해결 방법:

1. 인증서가 PC의 활성 노드와 일치하는 노드를 만듭니다. 이를 확인하는 방법의 예는 Symptoms 필드에 나와 있습니다. 
2. 패시브 노드에 로그인합니다(인증서가 일치하지 않는 경우). 
3. nsrssltrust 명령을 사용하여 가상 클러스터 리소스에 대해 인증서 파일을 생성합니다. 

nsrssltrust -u https:// cluster-hostname:9090 -certificate_file.cer

4. 생성된 인증서의 서명이 활성 노드에서 공유 인증서의 서명과 일치하는지 확인합니다.

5. 일치하지 않는 인증서가 있는 노드에서 authc.truststore 및 cacerts 파일에서 로컬 emcauthctomcat 인증서를 삭제합니다.

인증서가 유효한지 확인하기 위해 클러스터를 노드로 페일오버하면 위의 변경 사항이:

1에 적용되었습니다. 이제 authc_mgmt 또는 authc_config 명령은 이전에 장애가 발생한 노드에서 작동해야 합니다.
