In Windows 10, the MyDell application is showing as blank after factory installation whereas the user can click and launch the application.

Cause

MyDell application does not have a resource file that exactly matches with the requirements of Windows 10 application tile and it supports only windows 11.

Remove the blank application and manually Pin MyDell application to the Windows start menu.
