NVP vProxy：升級至 NetWorker 19.6 後，在啟用「保留鎖定」的 DD 裝置上備份或複製失敗

  • NetWorker 伺服器已從先前的版本升級至 19.6.0。
  • Data Domain 裝置已設定「保留鎖定」(治理或法規遵循)。

Cause

未授予 ddboost 使用者 RL 已啟用 mtree 的權利。

Resolution

此問題已在 19.6.1 中修正，暫時鎖定在 2022 年 4 月發佈。

因應措施： 

建立標示至新集區的新裝置；建立裝置時，請保留「DD Retention Lock」核取方塊空白。設定 VM 備份和複製作業，以複製至裝置，而不會啟用保留鎖定。或者，NetWorker 伺服器可降級至 NetWorker 19.5，直到 19.6.1 可用，以取代設定新裝置。
