Cause

Systemmiljø der DDVE er konfigurert på ESX koblet til en ekstern lagringsenhet.

Ovennevnte problem oppstår når ekstern lagringsenhet mister tilkoblingen med ESXi-verten.

Resolution

DDVE-filsystemet skal aktiveres etter at du har fullført følgende to oppgaver:
  1. Kontroller tilkoblingsbanen (vmhbaX:C0:T5:LX), og opprett tilkoblingen mellom svitsjen og den eksterne lagringsenheten på nytt.
  2. Når tilkoblingen er opprettet, rapporteres ikke Bekreft at flere enheter med feil rapporteres i "vmkernel.log".
  3. Start DDVE på nytt.

Hvis problemet vedvarer etter at oppgavene som er nevnt ovenfor er fullført, samler du inn følgende og engasjerer Dell EMC DD-støtte:

  1. Støttepakke fra DDVE.
  2. Generer pakke fra ESXi-serveren.
  3. Logger fra tilkoblingsbryteren.
