Symptoms

Er is geprobeerd het systeem te herstellen vanaf de doelhost.

Voer herstel uit in debug door foutopsporingsparameters in te stellen in het configuratiebestand op 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/config
DEBUG_LEVEL=9
DPRINTF=TRUE


Controleer het operationele DDBEA-logboekbestand op de doelhost: 

/opt/ddbda/logs

 of 

/opt/dpsapps/dbappagent/logs


Foutmelding gemeld in operationeel DDBEA-logboek 

lookup_index_eq: loading of 'null' failed with error: Unable to open SQL database

Cause

Er is een probleem gemeld in PowerProtect DDBEA versie 19.8.

Resolution

Het probleem is opgelost door DDBEA te upgraden naar versie 19.13 of hoger.
