Avamar SQL 백업이 실패하고 다음과 유사한 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.
 

avsql Error <40258>: sqlconnectimpl_smo::connect Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ConnectionFailureException: Failed to connect to server DELLSVR\SQLINSTANCE. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'backupuser'.

Cause

SQL 백업에 지정된 데이터 세트가 Windows 인증이 아닌 SQL Server 인증을 사용하고 있습니다.

클라이언트에 여러 SQL 인스턴스가 있습니다. 하나 이상의 SQL 인스턴스가 SQL Server 로그인 계정에 대한 보안 액세스 권한을 부여하지 않았을 수 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하기 위한 해결 방법:

  1. SSMS(SQL Server Management Studio)의 인스턴스에 SQL Server 로그인 계정을 추가하고 sysadmin 역할을 부여합니다.
  2. 데이터 세트를 편집하고 SQL Server 로그인 계정 액세스를 허용하지 않은 SQL 인스턴스를 제외합니다.
  3. SSMS에서 SQL 로그인 계정이 비활성화되지 않았는지 확인합니다.
  4. 만료된 SQL 로그인 계정의 비밀번호를 재설정합니다.
  5. SQL 로그인 계정에 데이터베이스에 대한 액세스 권한이 있는지 확인합니다.
