Symptoms

  • 运行状况检查脚本 （proactive_check.pl） 无法确定节点的硬件类型： 
cat hc_results.txt

...
WARNING:  Node (0.2) Unknown node type based on disk size (5 TB), memory (32 GB) and disk partitions (3)
RESOLUTION: Thoroughly check hardware status, size of partitions, number of partitions and amount of memory

# --> Node Type                      *FAILED*
# --> Node Type                       1x4 gen4s-Util/Accel, gen4s-M1200, Unknown 5 TB<snip>
 
  • 硬件命令在受影响的节点上失败： 
avsysreport chassis-info

sudo: /etc/sudoers is mode 0551, should be 0440
sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting 

Cause

对 /etc/sudoers 文件不正确。

Resolution

1.以管理员身份登录到 Avamar 应用工具节点。 

2.提升到根目录，然后加载 ssh keys。请参阅 Avamar：如何登录 Avamar Server 并加载各种密钥（英文版）， 以了解更多信息。

3.检查 /etc/sudoers 所有节点的文件： 

mapall --noerror --all+ --user=root 'ls -ahltr /etc/sudoers'

4.对于报告不正确的权限或所有权的任何节点：

一个。连接到有问题的节点。

b.根据需要修改权限或所有权：

chmod 440 /etc/sudoers
chown root:root /etc/sudoers
 

c. 验证硬件命令是否正确响应：

avsysreport chassis-info
