As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract since the contract with Dell was concluded remotely. This contract is governed by Dell's general terms and conditions of sale.
For returns of specific products/orders , you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, starting the day after your order is delivered.
For returns of service orders , you can withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days, starting the day after your order is delivered. You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days. If you have requested or accepted the service, the refund will be prorated based on the services provided until your product is returned to Dell. You will lose your right of withdrawal if the services have been fully performed during the withdrawal period.
When you return software orders , you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your purchase. You lose your right of return if you download or use the software during the 14-day cancellation period. You are not eligible for a refund for returned software or an operating system that is part of a larger system order.
You can exercise your right of cancellation online by contacting customer support via the "Action" menu in the online support portal.
Refunds for products purchased as part of a bundle are handled separately. In accordance with the regulations governing the right of cancellation, if you wish to exercise your right of cancellation on your purchase contract, all products included in the order must be returned.
