VNX: Unable to find file /celerra/ccc/<LATEST>.xml for collection.

The following warning message is seen logged in "sys_log" file.

Aug 11 22:47:42 2016:CS_PLATFORM:LogCollect:WARNING:14:::::collect_support_materials[29446]: Cannot find file /celerra/ccc/<LATEST>.xml for collection.

Automatic log collection collects CCC (Celerra Configuration Collector) data by default, the script used failed to generate CCC xml file during collection.

Disable CCC collection from automatic log collection by commenting out this "GetCCC" line from "/nas/site/automaticcollection.cfg" file as below:

Use the following command to collect CCC data if when CCC data is required.
$ /nas/tools/collect_support_materials -CCC

CCC (Celerra Configuration Collector) is another set of tools which could be use to collect basic system configuration with it's resulting output saved in a raw XML file output located in this "/celerra/ccc/" directory on completion.

Running collect_support_materials does not collect CCC data by default unless -CCC switch is specified.
