Symptoms

整個磁碟機的 ACL 在勒索軟體攻擊後損毀。
使用以下旗標時 （在 avtar.cmd 中），根磁碟機 ACL 無法還原：

--restore-acls-only
--existing-dir-aclrestore
--detect-acl-changes

 

Cause

在 ACL 還原期間，「avtar」會使用功能 SetNamedSecurityInfoW 和 SetFileSecurity。
根據 Microsoft 開發人員網路 （MSDN），這些功能用於檔案和目錄。

 

Resolution

永久解決方案：
將 Avamar Server 升級至。

  • 19.4.100-116 或更新版本
  • 此修正已納入 Avamar 19.4 及更新版本的軟體版本中。
