Symptoms

勒索软件攻击后，整个驱动器的 ACL 已损坏。
使用以下标记时，根驱动器 ACL 不会恢复（在 avtar.cmd 中）：

--restore-acls-only
--existing-dir-aclrestore
--detect-acl-changes

 

Cause

在 ACL 还原期间，“avtar”使用函数 SetNamedSecurityInfoW和 SetFileSecurity。
根据 Microsoft Developer Network （MSDN），这些函数用于文件和目录。

 

Resolution

永久解决方案：
将 Avamar Server 升级到。

  • 19.4.100-116 或更高版本
