Symptoms

ACL-ene for hele stasjonen ble ødelagt etter ransomware-angrep.
ACL-ene for rotdisken gjenopprettes ikke når du bruker flaggene nedenfor (i avtar.cmd):

--restore-acls-only
--existing-dir-aclrestore
--detect-acl-changes

 

Cause

Under ACL-gjenopprettingen bruker 'avtar' funksjonene SetNamedSecurityInfoW og SetFileSecurity.
I henhold til Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) brukes disse funksjonene for filer og kataloger.

 

Resolution

Permanent løsning:
Oppgrader Avamar Server til.

  • 19.4.100-116 eller nyere
  • Feilrettingen er inkludert i Avamar 19.4 og nyere programvareversjoner.
