Cause
One of the Cache HBA mirroring ports has been disabled.
Resolution
Perform the following:
- Validate that the cache is enabled globally.
- Validate that the cache is enabled on both controllers.
- Reseat the Cache Card.
Contact Dell Technical Support to determine if a configuration modification or hardware replacement is necessary if the issue persists.
