PowerScale Dell AIOps：将 PowerScale 载入 Dell AIOps 的一般步骤

     4. 单击 Finish Setup。

     1. 选择 Connect via secure connect gateway。
     2. 输入 网关主机 和 备份网关主机 信息。
        （可选）提供 网关端口 和 备份网关端口 信息。
     3. 输入访问密钥和 PIN，然后单击完成设置。
        可从页面上的请求访问密钥和 PIN 链接获取访问密钥和 PIN。
     4. 单击远程支持选项卡，然后打开 远程支持 并 启用 CloudIQ 遥测数据。

   

6. 选择转型许可协议 （TLA） 类型（如果适用）。
7. 单击 Finish Setup。
   当 Dell Technologies Connectivity Services 显示 Enabled 并且 Connectivity 显示 Connected时，连接成功。
8. 在 Connectivity Services选项卡上：
   • 确认已选中 Enable remote support 。
   • 验证是否 选中了Enable CloudIQ telemetry data 。
    
9. 继续第 4 部分“访问 Dell AIOps”。

使用 CLI 启用戴尔连接

或者，您可以通过命令行界面 （CLI） 启用连接。

1. 请执行以下操作之一：

5. 接受 基础架构遥测通知。

启用 SupportAssist （WebUI）

1. 转至 群集管理 >常规设置>SupportAssist 选项卡。

3. 滚动到Telemetry Notice底部，选中该框，然后单击 Accept。
   
4. 输入主要和第二联系人信息，然后单击 下一步。

7. 单击 Finish Setup。
   
   当 SupportAssist 显示 Enabled 并且 Connectivity 显示 Connected时，连接成功。
8. 在 SupportAssist 选项卡上的摘要中，验证：
   • 已选择启用远程支持 。
   • 已选择启用 CloudIQ 遥测数据 。
   
9. 转至第 4 部分：访问 Dell AIOps。

部署安全连接网关虚拟版 （VE）

用户必须至少安装一个安全连接网关服务器，并配置与 Dell Technologies 的连接。如果现有安全连接网关已启动并正在运行，请转至 在群集上启用和配置 Secure Remote Services 支持。
 

使用 WebUI 在群集上启用和配置 Secure Remote Services 支持

1. 转至 Cluster managementGeneral>SettingsRemote>support ，然后单击 Enable Secure Remote Services。
2. 输入您的 Secure Remote Services VE 网关地址，选择一个网络池，然后选择 保存配置并启用按钮。
   

使用 CLI 在群集上启用和配置 Secure Remote Services

配置系统以使用 将数据发送到 Dell AIOps isi esrs 命令执行此操作：

isi esrs modify --enabled=true --primary-esrs-gateway=<gateway-server> --gateway-access-pool=subnetx:poolx --username=<username> [--password=<password>]

其中：

• gateway-server 是主网关的 IP 地址或名称。
• Subnetx 和 poolx 识别用于存储收集的数据的网络和池。与该位置的存储管理员一起验证值。
• Username 和 password 是用于访问主网关的凭据。密码参数在命令行中是可选的。如果未提供，系统会提示您输入密码，并且在键入密码时不会显示答案。通常出于安全原因，最好在命令行中省略密码。
  例如：

验证群集上的 Secure Remote Services 连接。

1. 在浏览器中，转到 https://aiops.dell.com 以访问 Dell AIOps。
2. 使用您的戴尔支持凭据登录 Dell AIOps。
