Symptoms

RPCSEC_GSSエラーは頻繁に記録されます Daemon.rawが使用するJava Runtime Environmentへのパスを定義します。 
RPC critical Unable to authenticate client <nw server> using RPCSEC_GSS: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)
上記のエラーに加えて、次の現象が発生する可能性があります。
  • 上記のエラーに加えて、次のエラーがログに記録される可能性があります。
nsrexecd GSS severe Unable to authenticate client <NW_SERVER.FQDN> using RPCSEC_GSS: Unable to find daemon session 0:26 in cache of authentication session keys
  • vCenter vProxyとの通信に失敗し、VMのバックアップとリストアが失敗する
  • 次のロックボックス エラーが原因で、MicrosoftおよびMicrosoft以外のデータベースのバックアップ/復元に失敗する。
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Unable to authenticate with server <nw server>: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)'.
  • NetWorker管理コンソール（NMC）にアクセスできない
  • 実行中のジョブが正常に続行している間に、新しいバックアップおよびリストア要求が応答を停止するか、失敗する
NetWorkerサーバーを再起動すると、一時的に機能が復元されます。問題が再発するのにかかる時間は、いくつかの環境変数によって異なりますが、数時間以内または最大で数週間かかる場合があります。

Cause

不具合BUG316920がこの問題の原因です。

この欠陥を明らかにするには、次の 2 つの条件が存在する必要があります。
  1. データ ゾーン内のNetWorkerサーバー、ストレージ ノード、クライアントが次の製品バージョンのいずれかを実行している。
    • 19.1.1.2
    • 19.1.1.3
    • 19.2.0.1
  2. リストされている影響を受けるバージョンのいずれかを実行しているクライアントは、2台以上のNetWorkerサーバーで構成されています。

Resolution

影響を受ける製品バージョンを実行しているすべてのNetWorkerサーバー、ストレージ ノード、クライアントは、次のいずれかの使用可能なバージョンにアップグレードする必要があります。
  • 19.1.1.xコード ストリーム：
    • 19.1.1.4以降
  • 19.2.x.xコード ストリーム：
    • 19.2.0.3以降
