Symptoms

RPCSEC_GSS错误经常记录在 Daemon.raw： 
RPC critical Unable to authenticate client <nw server> using RPCSEC_GSS: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)
除了上述错误外，还可能会遇到以下症状：
  • 除了上述错误之外，还可能会记录以下错误：
nsrexecd GSS severe Unable to authenticate client <NW_SERVER.FQDN> using RPCSEC_GSS: Unable to find daemon session 0:26 in cache of authentication session keys
  • 无法与 vCenter vProxy 通信，导致虚拟机备份和还原失败
  • 由于密码箱错误，Microsoft 和非 Microsoft 数据库的备份和还原失败：
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Unable to authenticate with server <nw server>: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)'.
  • 无法访问 NetWorker 管理控制台 (NMC)
  • 新的备份和还原请求停止响应或失败，同时成功运行作业
重新启动 NetWorker 服务器可临时还原功能。问题重复出现所需的时间因多种环境变量而异，也可能在数小时或长达数周之内。

Cause

缺陷BUG316920是导致此问题的原因。

必须满足以下两个条件才能暴露此缺陷：
  1. 数据区中的 NetWorker 服务器、存储节点或客户端正在运行以下产品版本之一：
    • 19.1.1.2
    • 19.1.1.3
    • 19.2.0.1
  2. 运行列出的受影响版本之一的客户端配置了两个或更多 NetWorker 服务器。

Resolution

运行受影响的产品版本的所有 NetWorker 服务器、存储节点和客户端都必须升级到以下可用版本之一：
  • 19.1.1.x 代码流：
    • 19.1.1.4 或更高版本
  • 19.2.x.x 代码流：
    • 19.2.0.3 或更高版本
