Symptoms

在 部署程序 页面上完成 RecoverPoint HTML5 插件配置后，您将看到一条成功的配置消息。

虽然当您查看 vCenter -> Administration -> Solutions -> Client Plug-ins 时，您不会看到正在部署插件 “RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines ”。

Cause

您看到的行为原因与以前在 RecoverPoint 系统上进行的配置相关。

最初，插件服务器配置为访问 2 个 vCenter（不在链接模式下）。RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 中不支持此配置，如果 vCenter 未处于链接模式，则每个 vCenter 需要 1 个 RecoverPoint 插件服务器。

当插件从MOBE注销时，还剩下一些详细信息，这些详细信息会阻止进一步的插件部署。

Resolution

要解决上述问题，请执行以下步骤。
 
  1. 关闭 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 插件 服务器
  2. 访问MOMOT https://vCenterIP/mob
  3. 单击以下超链接：  内容 — > ExtensionManager 
  4. 取消注册扩展名： com.dell.recoverpoint.vc.h5plugin 和 com.emc.recoverpoint.vwc
  • 选择超链接 UnregisterExtension 后输入上述扩展名 
       5.返回到MOB上的主页，然后转至 Content -> CustomFieldsManager
6 。查看“属性”下的“值”字段，并记下包含名称（如“config”）的字段的 int 值。RecoverPoint_TOKEN;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”
  • 返回 CustomFieldsManager 并选择 Method RemoveCustomFieldDef 。输入在 6 中查看的字段的 int 值 。
                  7.停止 vsphere-ui 服务
  • 使用 Putty 或 Web 控制台访问受影响的 vCenter，然后运行以下命令： service-control --stop vsphere-ui
                  8.删除引用 RecoverPoint HMTL5 插件的所有文件夹
  • 使用 SSH 访问受影响的 vCenter 并运行命令： find /|egrep -i “com.dell.recoverpoint” |xargs rm -rf {} \;
                  9.启动 vsphere-ui 服务
  • 使用 Putty 或 Web 控制台访问受影响的 vCenter 并运行命令： service-control --start vsphere-ui
                10.开始 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 插件服务器
11.从部署程序页面配置插件 
  • 访问 https：//vRPA_Management_IP/WDM/#！/welcome
  • 选择用于配置插件服务器的选项
完成上述所有步骤后，请等待几分钟，让 RecoverPoint 插件在 vCenter 和 RPA 群集之间建立所有必要的通信。访问 vCenter 上的 RecoverPoint 插件，您可以看到显示的所有详细信息。
