Symptoms

O usuário pode consultar os dados do dispositivo inativo nas métricas do gerenciamento do banco de dados. Ao clicar para excluí-los, a mensagem de exclusão mostra sucesso, sem erro. Quando o usuário consulta o mesmo dispositivo no mySQL, o número de métricas ainda aparece, e o valor não foi excluído.

Na verificação dos registros do Frontend Catalina, encontrou-se o erro abaixo:

Cause

O serviço Tomcat e o gateway Webservice podem não ter sido totalmente atualizados.

Resolution

Faça login no Frontend Server e execute os seguintes comandos:     

  • /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh service update tomcat Default
  • /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh service start tomcat Default
  • /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh service update webservice-gateway Default
  • /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh service start webservice-gateway Default
