Symptoms

테스트 이메일 또는 SMTP 알림을 보낼 때 다음 조건이 충족되면 실패할 수 있습니다.

  • SMTP 서버에서 STARTTLS 또는 SMTP-AUTH 확장을 사용할 수 있습니다
  • PowerStoreOS 버전이 4.1 이하입니다.

 

ESMTP 서버(예: Outlook365 또는 기타 클라우드 기반 메일 서비스)를 사용하도록 PowerStore 어플라이언스를 구성할 때 제어 경로 로그에 다음 오류가 보고될 수 있습니다.

Cause

PowerStoreOS 버전 4.1 이하에서는 ESMTP 서버에 필요한 특정 SMTP 확장을 지원하지 않습니다.

 

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 4.1 이하: SMTP 서버에서 STARTTLS 및 SMTP-AUTH 확장 설정을 비활성화합니다. (기본 SMTP 서버 사용)
 
PowerStoreOS 4.2 이상: PowerStore와 SMTP 서버 애플리케이션 모두에서 SMTP 서버 인증 설정을 확인합니다. 또한 이메일 릴레이 설정과 환경, 네트워크 또는 방화벽 관련 설정을 확인합니다.
