Symptoms

傳送測試電子郵件或 SMTP 通知時，如果符合以下條件，可能會失敗：

  • SMTP 伺服器上已啟用 STARTTLS 或 SMTP-AUTH 延伸
  • PowerStoreOS 版本為 4.1 或更舊版本

 

設定 PowerStore 裝置使用 ESMTP 伺服器 （例如 Outlook365 或其他雲端郵件服務） 時，控制路徑記錄中可能會回報下列錯誤：

Cause

PowerStoreOS 4.1 版及更早版本不支援 ESMTP 伺服器所需的特定 SMTP 副檔名。

 

 

Resolution

PowerStoreOS 4.1 或更舊版本：停用 SMTP 伺服器上的 STARTTLS 和 SMTP-AUTH 延伸設定。（使用基本 SMTP 伺服器）
 
PowerStoreOS 4.2 或更新版本：確認 PowerStore 和 SMTP 伺服器應用程式上的 SMTP 伺服器驗證設定。此外，請確認電子郵件轉送設定，以及任何與環境、網路或防火牆相關的設定。
