Los siguientes eventos se informan en la interfaz de usuario de ECS:

Cause

El servicio eventsvc de ECS intenta limpiar dos alertas no existentes y activa alertas informativas en la interfaz de usuario.

Resolution

Se está bloqueando la funcionalidad Call Home para los códigos de síntoma 13007 y 13008 para crear nuevas solicitudes de servicio. 

Las alertas de la interfaz de usuario se pueden ignorar para este problema, ya que son informativas y no tienen ningún impacto en ECS. Si se deben suprimir las alertas, el problema se abordará en una versión posterior del código de ECS.
