Symptoms
Dell Optimizer(DO)存在検出(PD)の退席中ロック機能は、ユーザーが視野(FOV)外に出たときにコンピューターを保護します。退席中ロックが有効でトリガーされると、PCはスリープ モードになります。これにより、進行中のBluetoothおよびIPネットワーク転送が中断されます。
Cause
DO PD退席中ロックがトリガーされると、BluetoothおよびIPネットワークの転送が中断されます。
Resolution
BluetoothおよびIPネットワーク間でデータを転送する場合は、DO PD退席中ロックを無効にします。
