Symptoms
如果计算机的用户配置了 eSIM，Windows 会错误地将新设备检测为智能卡设备。检测到的新设备具有自动安装的驱动程序。此驱动程序在设备管理器中显示为 Uicc Iso 设备 。
此设备现在已在 Windows 中作为智能卡设备启用。用户无法选择永久使用的智能卡设备进行登录。
Windows 会根据打开计算机时初始化设备的顺序自动选择活动智能卡设备。这可能会导致以下情况：自动选择错误的智能卡设备，并且首次尝试使用 PIN 登录尝试失败。然后，智能卡设备将再次自动切换，第二次尝试登录时成功。
Cause
此问题会影响使用启用了 eSim 的 WWAN 卡的用户。
Windows 10（版本 1703 及更高版本）和 Windows 11（版本 21H2 及更高版本）作系统对 eSIM 硬件的处理会导致此问题。
Resolution
这符合 Microsoft 的设计，会影响支持 eSIM 硬件的 WWAN 卡。Uicc Iso 设备可能会从设备管理器中禁用。
- 右键单击 Windows 的“开始”菜单，然后单击设备管理器。
- 在设备管理器中，展开软件设备。
- 右键单击 Uicc Iso 设备，然后选择禁用设备。
