Instructions
When logging in to the Dell APEX AIOps Observability service for the first time, users may receive the following message:
Complete the registration of your business account on dell.com by following the link and instructions given in the article: How to register for access to Dell Technologies Online Support or Upgrade an Existing Account.
When creating or upgrading an account, take the following steps:
NOTE: Allow a few days for the registration to be verified.
If you need additional assistance to get your business account activated, follow the Contacting Administrative Support instructions given in the following article: How to register for access to Dell Technologies Online Support or Upgrade an Existing Account.
Once the enterprise support business account is enabled, the system must be onboarded to APEX AIOps Observability. For details pertaining to your system, see Appendix A: Enabling CloudIQ at the system section of the Dell APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability: A Detailed Review whitepaper
Invalid Account Type, Your account type is not supported by APEX AIOps Observability. Please contact Dell Support.

Complete the registration of your business account on dell.com by following the link and instructions given in the article: How to register for access to Dell Technologies Online Support or Upgrade an Existing Account.
When creating or upgrading an account, take the following steps:
- Logout from dell.com
- Click the link: Create an account
- You are asked to log in again or create an account, this starts the process.
- Follow the instructions outlined in article 000021768. Ensure to select the option I am an employee of an organization that has purchased Dell enterprise products in the Additional Access Rights Required page.
NOTE: Allow a few days for the registration to be verified.
