Symptoms
Er kan een probleem zijn met het niet weergeven als er geen beeld op het scherm te zien is. Dit is wanneer u uw Dell P3221D monitor via een USB Type-C-kabel aansluit op uw Latitude xx20 laptop.
Opmerking: Er is geen probleem met het opladen van de laptop.

Cause
De rx-instelling op de scaler is incompatibel.
Resolution
Verbeterde Dell Power Button Sync (DPBS), On-Screen Display (OSD) en Light Emitting Diode (LED) stroomvermogen is toegevoegd aan een nieuwe firmware.
Werk de firmware van de Dell P3221D monitor bij naar Windows OS Firmware Update Package (M2T102) for P3221D monitorVersie M2T102 of later. Als u de Dell_MonitorFirmwareUpdateUtility_P3221D_M2T102.zip zie:

Bijwerken naar de nieuwste firmware lost het probleem op.
