Als de configuratie-instelling Batterij 1 in het BIOS is ingesteld op Aangepast, is het Dynamisch laadbeleid in Dell Optimizer niet beschikbaar wanneer u probeert de oplaadmodus te wijzigen van Aangepast naar andere instellingen (bijvoorbeeld Adaptive, Primarily AC, Express Charge of Standard).

Dit werkt naar behoren, maar de Dell Optimizer biedt geen ondersteuning voor batterij 1.
Resolution
Gebruikers kunnen dit probleem herstellen door de onderstaande stappen te volgen:
- Opstarten naar het BIOS-instellingenmenu
- Stel de configuratie van batterij 1 in op een andere oplaadmodus (bijvoorbeeld Adaptive, Primarily AC, Express Charge, Standard) in plaats van Custom en sla vervolgens op.
- Start op naar het besturingssysteem, dit probleem is opgelost.
