Symptoms

Scriptverwerking wordt vertraagd totdat de DLm-replicatie voor de geselecteerde tenant volledige synchronisatie bereikt. Dit vertraagt de verwerking van de klant.

Validatie van tapeprofiel mislukt met RC=8 en foutmelding: 
GDDT022E GD14 Profile IPPFPS is not replicated to DC3 as expected - not processed
Wanneer REPL_STATUS de status als REPL_SLOW in plaats van SUCCESS rapporteert. Dit voorkomt dat scripts worden uitgevoerd totdat de DLm-replicatie voor de geselecteerde tenant volledige synchronisatie bereikt.

Cause

Zodra een REPL_SLOW-conditie aanwezig is, moet de validatie van het tapeprofiel voor deze tenant een waarschuwingsbericht uitgeven voor de REPL_SLOW conditie en eindigen met RC=4 (script laten uitvoeren) in plaats van RC=8 (script mislukken).

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:

  • Wacht tot synchronization.is zijn voltooid voordat u scripts verwerkt.


Permanente oplossing:

  • Voor GDDR 6.0 is PTF GD60017 ontwikkeld om dit probleem op te lossen. Het kan worden gedownload van Dell Technologies Online Support.
  • Voor GDDR 5.3 is PTF GD53106 ontwikkeld om dit probleem op te lossen. Het kan worden gedownload van Dell Technologies Online Support.
