Symptoms

Fout op vCenter cluster: 
vSphere DRS functionality was impacted due to unhealthy state vSphere Cluster services caused by the unavailability of vSphere Cluster Service VMs.
Het tabblad Gebeurtenissen voor de VCL's VM's bevat waarschuwingsgebeurtenissen met het volgende bericht: 
Privilege check failed for user VSPHERE.LOCAL\vpxd-extension-xxxx for missing permission.
DRS werkt niet.

Cause

Een of meer vCLS VM's zijn geïmplementeerd in het cluster, maar ze zijn niet ingeschakeld.

Resolution

  1. Zorg ervoor dat u een offline snapshot van vCenter maakt.
  2. Download het fixAdministratorsGroup-script dat aan deze KB is gekoppeld.
  3. Upload het script naar de /tmp/ directory van het vCenter.
  4. SSH naar het vCenter met behulp van root-referenties
  5. Ga naar de /tmp-directory
# cd /tmp
  1. Stel het script in als uitvoerbaar bestand:
# chmod u+x fixAdministratorsGroup
  1. Voer de volgende opdracht uit om te controleren op de gebruikers die uit de groep Administrators moeten worden verwijderd:
# python fixAdministratorsGroup.py -u administrator@vsphere.local -p '<admin-pwd>' --action=check
  1. Voer de volgende opdracht uit om het probleem op te lossen:
# python fixAdministratorsGroup.py -u administrator@vsphere.local -p '<admin-pwd>' --action=fix
  1. Controleer in de vSphere Client of de vCLS VM's met succes zijn ingeschakeld.
