Symptoms

NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft) 19.7.1 SharePoint 페더레이션 백업이 SQL Server 호스트에서 백업 프로세스를 생성하지 못합니다.

웹 서버는 SQL Server에서 의도적으로 백업을 조정하고 작업을 생성하며 해당 작업은 실패합니다. 
date 126432:nsrnmmsv: Unable to create temporary folder. 

date 146230:nsrnmmsv: Save program thrown exception: 'Unable to process command line arguments.'.

Cause

NetWorker의 파일 시스템 사용 권한 tmp\nmm 폴더에 전체 제어 권한이 없습니다.

예를 들어, 폴더 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp 다른 하위 폴더를 포함합니다. nmm. 폴더 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\nmm 에 SYSTEM 계정 및 SharePoint 백업을 생성하는 원격 사용자에 대한 전체 제어 권한이 없습니다.
 
참고: 원격 사용자 필드는 NetWorker Server에서 웹 서버의 클라이언트 리소스에 있습니다.

Resolution
