Symptoms

適用於 Microsoft 的 NetWorker 模組 （NMM） 19.7.1 SharePoint 同盟備份無法在 SQL Server 主機上產生備份程序。

Web 伺服器會依照設計在 SQL Server 上協調備份並產生工作，但該工作會隨之失敗。 
date 126432:nsrnmmsv: Unable to create temporary folder. 

date 146230:nsrnmmsv: Save program thrown exception: 'Unable to process command line arguments.'.

Cause

NetWorker 上的檔案系統權限 tmp\nmm 資料夾缺少「完全控制」權限。

例如資料夾 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp 包含另一個子資料夾 nmm。資料夾 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\nmm 缺少系統帳戶和生成 SharePoint 備份的遠端使用者的完全控制許可權。
 
注意：「遠端使用者」欄位位於 NetWorker 伺服器的 Web 伺服器用戶端資源中。

Resolution

執行以下步驟可解決此問題：
  1. 手動 刪除 資料夾 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\nmm
