Conditions préalables :
- Avant le remplacement de la carte système ou du module TPM, obtenez la clé de récupération. Suivez l’article Dell ESXi : comment collecter la clé de récupération à partir des hôtes activés pour la sécurité TPM
- Assurez-vous que la configuration du BIOS est correctement configurée pour le module TPM. Consultez le manuel du propriétaire du matériel.
Étapes :
- Lors du démarrage d’ESXi, appuyez sur MAJ+O lorsque vous y êtes invité (la lettre O, pas le chiffre Zéro/0) :
- Ajoutez les éléments suivants à la configuration de démarrage avec la clé de récupération récupérée à partir des conditions préalables :
Remarque : Si l’iDRAC est v9 ou version ultérieure avec une licence de datacenter, l’option Presse-papiers de la console virtuelle est disponible, ce qui facilite le copier-coller de la console.
encryptionRecoveryKey=customer-recovery-key-here
- Appuyez sur <la touche ENTRÉE> pour démarrer en mode ESXi
- Connexion SSH à l’hôte
- Écrivez les modifications sur le disque avec la commande suivante :
