Cause
Il existe plusieurs composants du pilote audio dans Windows Update. Microsoft Windows Update n’installe pas tous les composants du pilote audio. Cela interfère avec la fonctionnalité audio de votre ordinateur.
Resolution
Remarque : Pour apporter des modifications au système d’exploitation, telles que l’installation de pilotes, vous devez disposer de privilèges d’administrateur sur l’appareil.
La mise à jour vers le pilote audio haute définition Realtek version 6.0.9597.1 ou ultérieure sur l’ordinateur via Dell.com, Dell Update ou SupportAssist résout le problème. Il est OBLIGATOIRE de redémarrer l’ordinateur après la mise à jour du pilote. Remarque : Pour les ordinateurs portables XPS, n’utilisez PAS la version 6.0.9597.1 du pilote. Les ordinateurs portables de la ligne de produits XPS nécessitent la version 10.0.235.1 du pilote audio haute définition Realtek .
Remarque : N’utilisez pas Windows Update pour mettre à jour le pilote audio.
