Symptoms

NetWorker는 외부 인증과 통합되어 있습니다. 
AD/LDAP 사용자가 간헐적으로 로그인 실패를 관찰합니다. 로컬 NetWorker 계정(예: 기본 관리자 계정)에서는 인증 문제가 발생하지 않습니다.

NetWorker 인증(authc) 서버는 authc-server-audit.log에서 다음을 보고합니다.
Linux: /nsr/authc/logs/authc-server-audit.log
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\authc-server-audit.log

오류가 잘못된 사용자 이름/암호를 보고합니다. 그러나 이 문제는 간헐적으로만 발생하므로 자격 증명이 올바른지 알 수 있습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 외부 사용자(AD/LDAP)에게만 나타나므로 NetWorker 외부에서 발생하는 것으로 보입니다. 구체적인 원인은 다양할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 네트워크 및 도메인 관리자가 조사해야 합니다.

NetWorker Server와 AD 서버 간의 DNS(Domain Name System) 확인을 확인합니다.

NetWorker Authentication Server에서 AD 서버와의 긴 레이턴시 또는 통신 문제가 관찰되지 않는지 확인합니다.
참고: 기본 AD/LDAP 포트는 389입니다. 통합에서 LDAPS(SSL)를 사용하는 경우 기본 포트는 636입니다.
