使用 Dell OEM Ubuntu 22.04 （Kernel 6.1.0-1006-oem） 和 Ubuntu 22.04.1 （Kernel 5.15.0-43-generic）时，此方法起作用。其他基于 Ubuntu 的 Linux作系统也可能受到影响。

  • 无法在浏览器中打开网站
  • Nmcli 显示 WD19 LAN p2p-dev-wlp0s20f3 处于 断开连接 状态
  • Ping 失败：无法访问目标主机

Cause

Ubuntu Linux 需要默认不包括的 Realtek USB LAN 更新。

Resolution

建议客户将 BIOS 更新到 v1.15.0 或更高版本，并运行以下命令进行更新：

  1. 在该节点上运行 sudo apt update 更新源。
  2. 在该节点上运行 sudo apt install linux-firmware 开始更新 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.10 （Dell OEM Ubuntu） 或 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.3 （Stock Ubuntu），以安装 20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.26 （其中包含所需的修复）。
  3. 重新启动计算机并验证问题是否已解决。
