SRM 4.x PowerMax Solution Pack does not collect device/LUN data.

Symptoms

Found the error below in the PowerMax logs: 
WARNING -- [2024-06-06 08:43:49 MDT] -- HttpRequestGroup::handleResponse(): Unable to connect to host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (400) for request https://@{host}:@{port}/univmax/restapi/private/@{version}/sloprovisioning/symmetrix/@{symmetrixId}/volume?data_volume=false&expiration_time_mins=@{pollingperiod_min} in request group UNIVMAX-DETAILED-TOPO-HyperMax-Get-LUNs. The server returned the following message: Bad Request
SEVERE -- [2024-06-06 08:43:49 MDT] -- HttpRequestRetriever::execute(): Unable to retrieve stream on any configured request group!

Caused by: com.watch4net.apg.concurrent.JobExecutionException: SimpleStreamHandlerJob produced a null StreamHandlerStep during execution!

Cause

Unisphere U4P 9.x has an issue with the REST API to get bulkvolume. The polling time is capped at 180 minutes(3 hours). If SRM setup polling cycle longer than 180 minutest, there is no data is returned, and the error below in SRM logs: 
WARNING -- [2024-06-06 08:43:49 MDT] -- HttpRequestGroup::handleResponse(): Unable to connect to host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (400) for request https://@{host}:@{port}/univmax/restapi/private/@{version}/sloprovisioning/symmetrix/@{symmetrixId}/volume?data_volume=false&expiration_time_mins=@{pollingperiod_min} in request group UNIVMAX-DETAILED-TOPO-HyperMax-Get-LUNs. Server returned the following message: Bad Request

Resolution

The customer has to change the PowerMax data collector for polling time to under 180 minutes(1hour or 2 hours) like the screenshot below:
