Symptoms

Cause

Broadcomは、現在のControlVaultドライバー バージョンをWindows Updateカタログにリリースしました。これらのパッケージ インストーラーには、9 月 26 日に有効期限が切れたデジタル署名が含まれていたため、パッケージのインストールが不完全になりました。

Resolution

影響を受けるControlVaultドライバーは、Windows Updateカタログから降格されました。

  1. デルのドライバおよびダウンロード ページから最新のDell ControlVaultドライバおよびファームウェアをダウンロードします。
    • Latitude 5x50、5440、7x50、9450 2-in-1およびDell Precision 3480、3x90、3x91、5x90の場合:
      • 最新のDell ControlVault3ドライバーおよびファームウェア(6.0.47.93以降)をダウンロードします。
    • その他すべてのLatitudeおよびPrecisionノートパソコンの場合(ドライバー ページの「互換性のあるシステム」セクションを参照):
      • 最新のDell ControlVault3ドライバーとファームウェア(5.14.15.22以降)をダウンロードします。
