Symptoms
nasdm.log包含以下类型的错误：
ALERT:ABN0004
It seems job is at hung state for a while, so cancelling the job.
Cause
PowerProtect Data Manager 的无响应作业计时器依赖于在文件系统上找到的文件来重置无响应作业计时器。
如果文件系统仅包含目录，并且遍历空目录所需的时间超过配置的超时期限，则工作流服务将取消作业。
Resolution
使用文件筛选器跳过空文件夹。
删除空文件夹。
将资产超时延长至最多 12 小时。
grep updateTimeOut 的 'BackupSnapshot*log 以获取有效的超时值。
默认值为 10,800 秒（3 小时），并可延长至最多 12 小时。
在 UI 中，从“Assign Configurations”下的资产“More Actions”菜单中，设置无响应作业超时。
