Symptoms
I notebook Latitude potrebbero non visualizzare il rosso, il verde, il blu, ma solo il bianco e nero quando si esegue il test LCD BIST per testare il funzionamento LCD. Il registro eventi termici potrebbe visualizzare il livello di anomalia corrente xx del pannello LCD. Il problema si verifica dopo l'aggiornamento del BIOS.

Cause
L'effetto collaterale è stato causato da una nuova funzione implementata nel BIOS.
Resolution
L'aggiornamento alle seguenti versioni del BIOS risolve il problema:

- Latitude 5x30 - 1.28.0
- Latitude 7x20 - 1.41.0
- Latitude 7x30 - 1.30.0
