Den bärbara Latitude-datorn kanske inte visar rött, grönt och blått, utan endast svartvitt när du kör LCD BIST för att testa LCD-funktionen. I den termiska händelseloggen kan LCD-panelens aktuella avvikelsenivå xx visas. Problemet uppstår efter uppdatering av BIOS.

Cause
En ny funktion som implementerats i BIOS orsakade biverkningen.
Resolution
Lös problemet genom att uppdatera till följande versioner av BIOS:
- Latitude 5x20 – 1.44.0
- Latitude 5x30 – 1.28.0
- Latitude 7x20 – 1.41.0
- Latitude 7x30–1,30.0
