PowerProtect: VM FLR-taak wordt niet voltooid vanwege onjuiste indeling van gebruikersreferenties

Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager File Level Recovery (FLR) mislukt tijdens de koppelingsbewerking vanwege het volgende foutbericht tijdens het installeren van de vProxy FLR-agent:

error: code=0, text=Unable to mount disks.  Unable to install vProxy Agent on ''.  Command 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe' terminated with exit code 1601.). State Mounting -> Failure. Progress 100%

Cause

Referenties die worden opgegeven tijdens het volgen van de wizard Herstel op bestandsniveau zijn niet correct, wat resulteert in foutcode 1601.

Foutcode 1601 kan onder verschillende omstandigheden optreden. In dit artikel documenteren we de oorzaak van het feit dat referenties worden verstrekt tijdens de wizard voor herstel op bestandsniveau waarbij niet de juiste indeling wordt gebruikt. 

Resolution

Als u bestanden herstelt als gebruiker van een Microsoft Windows-domein, moet de gebruikersnaam die is opgegeven bij het koppelen de volgende indeling hebben:

User@AD_FQDN
