Symptoms

Il seguente errore viene segnalato nell'interfaccia utente di Avamar o in mccli:

Il registro di monitoraggio degli switch mostra le seguenti voci:

Cause

Lo script di monitoraggio degli switch non è stato aggiornato con le versioni più recenti del firmware, pertanto non riconosce il firmware.

Resolution

1. Accedere all'Avamar Utility Node interessato o al singolo nodo come admin.

2. Scarica il GoAV . Per ulteriori informazioni, consultare il seguente articolo: Avamar: Strumento prodotto GoAV per la gestione e la risoluzione dei problemi

3. Privilegi di elevazione a root:

su -
 

4. Eseguire nuovamente il comando GoAV con le seguenti opzioni:

./goav fix-switch-firmware-config
