Symptoms

Wanneer de monitor is aangesloten en een HDMI-kabel op de HDMI-poort aansluit, wordt de monitor herkend in Windows, maar kan deze niet worden ingeschakeld.

Cause

AMD FreeSync is niet compatibel met de Dell Pro 27 Plus 4K USB-C-hubmonitor P2725QE, Dell UltraSharp 27 4K Thunderbolt-hubmonitor U2725QE of Dell UltraSharp 32 4K Thunderbolt-hubmonitor U3225QE.

Resolution

Tijdelijke oplossing:

Dit kan worden opgelost met behulp van een Type C-kabel om de monitor aan te sluiten.

Oplossing:

Bijwerken naar BIOS-versie 1.1.0 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Raadpleeg de BIOS-updategids voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS.
