Symptoms

Oracle増分マージ(OIM)機能を使用したOracleデータベースのフル バックアップまたは増分バックアップには、バックアップ ログ(ARCHIVELOG)とコントロール ファイルが含まれます。

CONTROLFILEまたはARCHIVELOGファイルのみのOIMバックアップでは、バックアップが次のエラーで失敗する可能性があります。

sub directory creation failed Unable to open PowerProtect DD dir path: oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json 

Opening the directory 'oim_qa/ CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM /2720304786/controlfile/tags.json' failed [5008] ([249168] [140483246442560]

ddp_open_dir() failed, su_name=, path_name=oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json, Err: 5008-not a directory

Cause

この問題は、RMANエージェント ソフトウェアがData Domainバックアップ構造内のCONTROLFILEおよびARCHIVELOGファイルを正しく識別できない場合に発生します。
例えば：以下に示すddutilコマンドを使用してバックアップが以前に手動で削除された場合:

./ddutil -O OIM -n [arch|full|ctl|incr] -a version=2.0 -b <begin_time> -e <end_time> -d -z <DD_host>:/<storage_unit> <Backup Path>.

 

Resolution

この問題は、RMAN Agent 19.20以降で解決されています。
