Symptoms

使用 Oracle 增量合併 （OIM） 功能對 Oracle 資料庫進行完整或增量備份包括備份日誌 （ARCHIVELOG） 和控制檔。

僅 CONTROLFILE 或 ARCHIVELOG 檔案的 OIM 備份可能會失敗，並傳回：

sub directory creation failed Unable to open PowerProtect DD dir path: oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json 

Opening the directory 'oim_qa/ CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM /2720304786/controlfile/tags.json' failed [5008] ([249168] [140483246442560]

ddp_open_dir() failed, su_name=, path_name=oim_qa/CLIENT_NAME.DOMAIN.COM/2720304786/controlfile/tags.json, Err: 5008-not a directory

Cause

當 RMAN 代理程式軟體無法正確識別 Data Domain 備份結構中的 CONTROLFILE 和 ARCHIVELOG 檔案時，便會遇到此問題。
比如：先前使用 ddutil 命令手動刪除備份時，如下所示：

./ddutil -O OIM -n [arch|full|ctl|incr] -a version=2.0 -b <begin_time> -e <end_time> -d -z <DD_host>:/<storage_unit> <Backup Path>.

 

Resolution

此問題已在 RMAN 代理程式 19.20 或更高版本中解決。
