The Dell Device Management Console enables IT administrators to centrally manage and configure Dell Pro Smart Docks, peripherals, and monitors. Key features include:

  • Fleet summary—View an overview of all managed devices.
  • Peripheral inventory—Track connected peripherals.
  • Firmware updates—Deploy updates to supported devices.
  • Configuration settings—Customize device settings for optimized performance.

You need a Dell user account which is tied to an organization email address or Microsoft Extra account to create an organization profile.

To create an account, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Dell Device Management Console.
  2. Click Create an account.
    The Create Your Account page is displayed.
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click Create Account.
