如果 啟用外接式 USB 連接埠 已 停用 ，且 Type-C 擴充基座 LAN 已 啟用，則當擴充基座連接至 Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2 連接埠 （正面，靠近音效插孔） 時，擴充基座的 LAN 連接埠將無法運作。

Cause

這是 Dell Pro 14 和 16 硬體設計的限制。Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2 連接埠 （正面，靠近音效插孔） 無法透過 TCSS 進行功能控制，以在擴充基座 LAN 上覆寫 Type-C 擴充基座。

Resolution

從電腦卸下 Dell 擴充基座，然後將它連接至 Thunderbolt 4.0 連接埠 （背面，靠近 HDMI）。然後 Dell 擴充基座的乙太網路 LAN 便會正常運作。
