Se l'opzione Enable External USB Port è disabilitata e la LAN del dock Type-C è abilitata, la porta LAN del dock non funziona quando il dock è collegato alla porta USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (lato anteriore, vicino al jack audio).

Cause

Si tratta di un limite della progettazione hardware dei sistemi Dell Pro 14 e 16. La porta USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (lato anteriore, jack audio vicino) non può essere controllata in modo funzionale tramite TCSS per l'override del dock Type-C sulla LAN del dock.

Resolution

Rimuovere il Dell Dock dal computer e collegarlo alla porta Thunderbolt 4.0 (lato posteriore, vicino a HDMI). La LAN Ethernet di Dell Dock funzionerà quindi correttamente.
