[外部USBポートを有効にする]が無効になっていて、Type-Cドッキング ステーションLANが有効になっている場合、ドッキング ステーションがType-C USB 3.2 Gen 2ポート(前面、オーディオ ジャックの近く)に接続されているときに、ドッキング ステーションのLANポートは機能しません。

Cause

これは、Dell Pro 14および16のハードウェア設計の制限事項です。Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2ポート(前面、オーディオ ジャックの近く)を、TCSS for Type-C Dock Override on Dock LANを介して機能的に制御することはできません。

Resolution

Dell Dockをコンピューターから取り外し、Thunderbolt 4.0ポート(背面、HDMIの近く)に接続します。その後、Dell Dock Ethernet LANは正常に機能します。
