Symptoms
升級至 Dell Optimizer 6.1 時，InstallShield 回報升級錯誤
從 Dell Optimizer 6.0 版升級至 6.1 版時，InstallShield 精靈會在螢幕上顯示下列錯誤訊息：
Package Purchased Apps Error:
The setup must update files or services that cannot be
updated while the system is running. If you choose to
continue, a reboot will be required to complete the setup.
Cause
這是因為 x86 程序無法存取 x64 程式，導致發生例外狀況。
Resolution
注意：您必須在裝置上擁有系統管理員權限，才能變更作業系統或更新任何軟體。
出現錯誤訊息時，請按一下確定 以繼續安裝 。安裝完成，更新成功。
注意：從 Dell Optimizer 6.1 開始，任何從 6.1 升級至較新版本的人都不會遇到此問題。
